Took forever to get our food. Charged for refills??
came here for a quick lunch with a large group of 30 people. After we were seated, both the manager and the server approached me to say that non service dogs aren't allowed which was fine, as my dog is a legitimate service dog. However, 15 minutes later, the manager returned and falsely claimed that my service dog must wear a vest to stay inside. Per ADA regulations, vests are not legally required. I don’t usually do this but this restaurant was absolutely horrible like service wise and by the time we got our food it was all cold & I work in the service industry so I try to be understanding but just bad
