Placed an online order just to show up and find the store is closed for the next 2 days. We then tried to call to find out how to get out refund by calling but they refused to answer their phones. Then got their attention by pounding on the door where i was RUDELY told they were closed. Didnt even ask what i was needed. Our food Was good however the experience with our waitress some may say ruined our meal. She rolled her eyes when we asked for appetizers she denied me a side of mac & cheese because she said it did not come with my meal after I offered to pay for it separate she had an unruly attitude, the entire experience and to top it off she accused my friend with bad tone of not paying her enough Addressing him as “hey Kid” at first, we tried to ignore her attitude and continue to stay polite at no point where we disrespectful or messi... read more
You've hit a new time low..... we came in and ordered food. Then the lady serving us disappeared. The manager stepped in a bit and got what we asked for whenever we could stop him on his way pass us. Then an actual bartender came in and found out she was basically the only associate... the two managers were in the back hiding while all the patrons sat with no beverages waiting for checks.
Went to this location on July 11 2026 at 12 am to pick up my order, for 5 minutes nobody came to help, a server was walking by and didn't try to help and ignored me when i ask for help, i ended going to the bar to get help
