“wings” maybe in their name but their smash burgers are a hidden gem. Over the years, their bone-in wings have loss their appeal to me: smaller, drier and over fried. Thank goodness for their other menu options. Not overly loud even on football Sunday. Service is usually spot on. Every now and again their drink specials are pretty good. I wouldn’t turn down a trip to my local BWW but I’ll order anything other than their wings.

The level of service provided is consistently subpar at this location. Waiting for a host to be present for about 10 minutes was just the beginning. After finally seated and ordering, we got our food 40 min later for a table of 4. Only to be disappointed with cold food. Once my mythical server appeared, we asked for the food to be heated, but they insisted that it be re-ordered. 15 minutes later, 55min from original order, we finally received what was just a simple order. Messed up my order, place is always dirty, they are never on time with pick up, lazy staff, never a not a problem coming here would send a health inspector once a week to make sure they up keep the place. Wings always cold.
