It's always so cold in here.
I ordered wings tonight for a 10:30-10:40 pick up tonight for my lunch on night shift. I show up at 10:33 waited about 3 minutes at counter until I raised my voice to ask hey is anyone back there because there is a huge wall where you can’t see the rest of the restaurant all you can see is the door to the kitchen. The girl comes out and was nice and handed me my wings that have been sitting on counter. I go back to work 5 minutes away and try to eat them and they are just cold, room temp. Chicken wings seem like they fry them before you walk in and then fry them to heat them up when you order
Depends on who is cooking
My family and I went here for dinner. After we had to wait to be seated, we then had to wait over 20 minutes even to get drinks. I had to get up and walk over to the head waiter to ask him what was going on. Multiple people came in after us and they had gotten their drinks. The two servers looked at us numerous times and walked away. As a restaurant manager, this is absolutely not how to conduct business. The only thing that was said to me after I spoke the waiter was ok I’ll get someone. Absolutely ridiculous.
