Our server "CK" was excellent. She courteous and engaging. She checked to make sure our food was the way we wanted. She even joined my wife in playfully trying to goad me into attempting the Blazin' Challenge - not today ladies, sorry. Maybe next time.
Sat at the table for 40 mins, server never greeted us, she instead made 3 trips to the table next to us, then when flagged down she said she would have someone come get us taken care of, never approached our table in any way, made eye contact with us for another 3 trips never said a word, when we finally decided we had enough and was going to leave walked right past her and multiple other staff members no one said a word to us she didn’t even attempt to reconcile the situation either, least could of been have a good night bu... read more
Keep in mind that I was there with a large group (11 of us). The did was excellent, but the service was a bit lacking. The server had a good attitude, but we were constantly waiting on refills, and our appetizers came out AFTER our meals.
