If I could give this place negative 1000 stars for this review I would. I used to come here often when it first opened and it was fun. Over the years the service has fallen BEYOND OFF. Good luck trying to get a takeout order on time. Even showed up 15 minutes after scheduled time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Wingstop is far superior in food and speed
I don't want to be rude. I want to be honest. Years ago, I used to live in Burbank,Ca. and the nearest BWWwas 45 minutes away. Every Sunday, my friend Linda and I would make the drive to have lunch there. I loved it. The food was great. I currently live 5 minutes away from the nearest BWW and will not got there. Dylan was an absolutely amazing server! Every time we go to any bdubs (not just this one) we always get the slowest service or just sub-par service. Tonight my husband had to convince me to go since I didn’t want to go to a place with bad service. We went and were sat in Dylan’s section.
