Horrible services!!! Worst I’ve seen in a long long time!! No refills server took over a half hour to get drinks!! Worst service I have ever had!!

Some of the worst service I've ever seen at a BWW. I've been here 4 times. Everytime I've waited 20-30 min before a waiter acknowledged my presence. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just don't understand the restaraunt industry. The last time I ordered at the counter for take out. There was no one there for 25 min before I could put an order in. It came out 45 min later incorrect. The food is decent but expect to wait and be ignored.

Pick up service was so bad. Need to stand for so long time. No one communicate properly.

Ordered some chicken from there and about a hour later we started getting sick and throwing up so bad. We called the next day and they told us there is nothing they can do about it and that they won’t be offering any compensation. Spoke with the general manager Antonio and he told me that “it’s my problem” and when I told them I will contact corporate he told me “do what you have to do” and hung up. Will never eat from here again and will be calling the health department!
