Lousy service – I've been there several times for the poker league that meets on Mondays. If not for that I would never have returned. The service is just horrible. You have to ask for silverware and napkins. The waitress disappears for long periods of time. I had to wait 10 minutes at the cash register just to pay my bill. DON'T GO THERE!
Lousy Service – The service at this location was terrible. We ordered queso and chips as an appetizer and it came out with our meal. Then when we were ready to actually order the waitress was nowhere to be found. Once we did get our food we asked for extra napkins and cocktail sauce from our waitress...waited so long we asked someone else who got it for us right away. WEnt in for a relaxing casual meal and left frustrated and tense over the experience.
HORRIBLE will never go to this location again – I went here just to enjoy some wings and onion rings and I was sitting in an area from which you can see into the kitchen. First of all I see the cook put up the basket of onion rings and it sits there for about ten minutes. What happened to the ideas of hot food and cooking food at different intervals so everything is done at the same time? Or they could have just brought me the onion rings when they were done.
