Terrible delivery service—it took them nearly an hour and a half to bring it just 7 miles. Daem!!!
Absolutely terrible service (if you can even call it that). I sat for nearly 10 minutes and had three servers look at me multiple times. Not one came over to take a drink order or even passed by me. We have come here before and have had “meh” service at best. But today I walked out since I was being ignored. I just don’t understand the mindset of servers these days… I waited tables for years and would never have let that happen. Just disappointing.
People are rude there I'll never go back
Everytime my family and I go into Buffalo Wild Wings we have a great experience. If there is ever any problem with our food they are quick to fix it and everyone is always so friendly.
Ordered online and was told 15 mins. After I paid and tipped, the ordered shown it would take an HOUR to be done. I ordered side of salt and vinegar fries and a side of Mac and cheese with ranch. I wait an hour and come inside at 10:50 and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the takeaway counter. Got home and opened my food and it is extremely soggy. I work in the food industry so I understand that stuff happens, but I am very disappointed.
