Worst service I've ever experienced. Asked for water, no ice, was warm. Half My partners food came out, cold at that. Waited another almost 10 minutes for my food and the rest of his. Tried to get the check and was waiting way too long for the check. It was only two of us and they were not busy at all.
We usually come to this location. But this time around it was horrible. We were seated and it had been 15 minutes and our waitress had yet to come get our order for our drinks. I told the hostess if she could call our waitress and her words “she should have came to you already, let me call her” with an attitude. We then proceeded to still wait another 5 minutes and we had yet to see our waiter. We just got up and left. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Smells awful inside, left based on the bad smell. EDIT - The "reach out" button on your website doesn't even work, very telling.
Do not order pickup for anytime past 12 at night, they advertise they’re open till 2 am then when you go to order online and select the “asap pickup” and you finalize your purchase it doesn’t tell you till you’ve already paid that you need to pick it up at 11 in the morning, I’ve gone in and the associates are attempting to close the restaurant and are no help, I am told I must contact Buffalo Wild Wings to attempt to get my money back and BWW rarely has seemed to help, super irritating situation which could be such an easy ... read more
