New to area and decided to try, awesome, four tables of people. Service to get food took 45 minutes, an app tray and sandwich. My app tray was missing WINGS, and 3 of the 4 sauces. When waitress came I explained she laughed and quickly disappeared. Got wings and I advised I was missing sauces, she said the Queso had to be made. Our fries were COLD. We had been very polite and nice up until now, but enough is enough. She said she'd get the manager to come over. Never asking to refill our now EMPTY drinks or how the food was. ... read more

The management at this store is atrocious... the head manager, Gina, actually encourages violence in the workplace among the young people who work there. Please caution your young adults about seeking employment here. Promoting violence in any work place environment is something that should not be tolerated. It makes one wonder how this woman became the head manager?? I'm not the biggest fan of buffalo wings but i will say that buffalo wild wings are pretty not that bad. Maybe it was the customer service. Maybe it was the wings. But i will return

Food is good but the service has always stunk – Something is up with that location. I have always had good food at b-dubs, but for some reason the service is terrible.

Incredibly noisey – There are better options for wings and sports in the area. I left feeling I had been at a music concert. Not quite as loud, but since I was trying to listen to conversation if was worse. Service was poor, but I expect that from most BWW. However, this was lower then BWW standards. Location is good for meeting, since it is just off the expressway (NW/Jane Adams/I-90) just North with a full interchange at rte 59/Sutton RD. Great Wings and Atmosphere – This is a really fun place. I love to go there after work with the guys and hang out, eat some wings, and unwind. The staff is super friendly and lots of sports on the TVs.

ask for Rod – my husband visited buffalo wild wings many times. During our visits we have had ok service. The last time we went their we had the WORST service ever, We never expected to go there again. One night friends of our invited us to attend a birthday party, we had appox 20 people to the party. Rod was awesome, great at his job and made us want to come back again. About a month ago we went back and he was bartending,and went strait to his bar. It was worth it. We love buffalo wild wings again! ask for him!!

5 Star Restaurant! – I am so spoiled that I just can’t force myself to eat any other wings except for these. You can bet I have tried them all but my favorites are The Boneless wings. Music to my ear! I also love the Southwest Chicken Queso Wrap, Naked Tenders, and the Southwest Chicken Flip. I am just making myself hungry thinking about it they are that good!
