Buffalo wheelchair is nonexistent once they deliver your wheelchair. Good luck getting a hold of somebody if you ever need help.
Excellent start for delivery of the scooter my Doctor ordered for me, an asthmatic and senior citizen.. Then no returned phone calls requesting assistance.
I have called and called and called these people. I have never gotten a return call any of the times I've called. Their message says if you leave a message by 4:00 pm. Your call will be returned by the end of the day. It's NOT TRUE!!! You can't EVER get a human on the phone it's always voicemail. That's no way to run a business if you ask me. I won't call them a gain for anything!!!. A VERY HOT PLACE WILL FREEZE FIRST!!!
Not sure what is going on with this company. Ever since Adapt health took over, I have seen nothing but incorrect orders (they sent me someone else's supplies), incorrect bills, "estimated" bills. All I get is nothing but excuses. Probably time to find someone else..
