Took my truck in to get my E-brake cable replaced. Staff was very nice, and understood my needs. They were professional and efficient. My truck was fixed and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of dropping it off. Highly recommend this business.
I was disappointed with this shop’s lack of communication, but overall very pleased with the work done. I was told to expect calls and updates that never happened. Was told my wheel work would be done by the next afternoon and when I Showed up they hadn’t started working on it but never considered to call me and let me know. Shawn was polite and professional. He dropped what he was doing to take care of me. I really appreciated that. He was very cordial and knowledgeable about his profession.
