Great service
This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I truly believe if my father went to any other hospital he would still be alive. Outpatient treatment is ok but not good. Definitely do not have surgery there.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dylan and nurse Ellen when I recently visited the VA emergency room in Buffalo on Bailey Avenue on February 13, 2026. From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Dylan took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. Dont wast your time with the er waited 5 hours to get prescribed sudafed just for my symptoms to get worse the next day went to a wellnow urgent care and was treated properly with antibiotics within an hour
