No one does their job. Appointments are scheduled months in advance and they will cancel them by mail. You get the runaround on the phone and yet no one is ever available. Vets, best of luck trying to get what you're owed.
I can't speak about every VA hospital but the one in New York has always taken excellent care of me
Staff is absolutely amazing and by far some of the best I’ve been around. The food, I wouldn’t even feed to the homeless, I would be ashamed to serve to our veterans.
