I DON’T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS but I felt compelled to say something because GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is getting harder and harder to find these days!!! Went in for a haircut and had Sam. What a breath of fresh air. She was POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and most importantly she actually LISTENED to what I asked for. Imagine that!!! No attitude, no rushing, no acting like I was inconveniencing anybody just by walking through the door. Sam took her time and did the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I have always had a good experience at Buffalo Trim Orchard Park. Lindsay has been cutting my hair for several years and always does a great job. Not only is she professional and provides terrific service but she is a very nice person and conversationalist, the time always goes quickly. The store itself is clean and comfortable with numerous tvs to watch if you have a short wait. I would recommend Buffalo Trim and especially Lindsey to anyone looking for a good hair cut.
I forget her name but the women with glasses and tattoos third chair Ont he left she was great has cut my hair the last couple times and has been awesomennn
