Tonight has been one of multiple times my partner has been made to wait hours for pick up. I do not know who is running this company but it is absolutely abhorrent.

Although the punctuality and our driver( Elizabeth) were great, the transport was uncomfortable. The van was totally decrepit. The door fell off his track when we opened it. There was no air-conditioning in my elderly 87-year-old mother had to travel on an 84° day without air-conditioning. We had to open all the windows just to keep the Van cool and she was very distressed because we’re here was whipping all around. Made me late to my appointment and said oh well no other driver then took an hour and half to grab me from my appointment after telling me 25 mins. I had to wait outside cause my provider was closing
