This transport was supposed to take my husband from ******* ******** Hospital to B******* ** ***** ***** on 2/25/2025, which is a 15 minute drive. When the driver picked him up, she said she did not know where that was; then she said she needed gas, and it had to be diesel. Then she said she had to go to a ********* only. Thinking that she's the one with GPS, I told her I'd meet her at ******** ** *****. After she didn't show up at ********, I started calling them. The most HORRIBLE experiences i have dealt with outsider of the drivers. Last trip today 10-3-22 was never picked up after calling three times and being told someone was a few minutes out. I was also picked up late for a trip last week as well. Not sure how this place stays in business. Dispatch overall are nasty people who should think about find new jobs because it seems they hate where they are working at. Will NEVER NEVER use again. Peter L.

I had made an appointment for my husband ****** ***** to be transported from ********* Grand Island to **** Tower in Amherst NY on August 8th. I called on August 5th to cancel because my husband was taken to Emergency room and admitted to Buffalo General hospital for aspirated double pneumonia. I have called at least 8 times for a refund of $194.00. The company keeps promising the credit but as of today, September 12th I still have not received it. 5 stars for DRIVERS! ZERO stars for people in office who fail to understand we are at their mercy. On Thursday, July 8th my mom, 89 year old woman in a wheelchair, required transportation to a medical building at 310 Sterling. Drive had paperwork indicating 301- an entirely different building. It so happens the next day she did need to go to the 301 building. Thought it was a simple mixup- driver was going to let them know and I showed he the info the Thurs apot being 310. My immune system compromised wheelchair bound mother with a fractured pelvis and lower spine endured a harrowing ride with a Buffalo Transportation driver who appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. While the first driver of the day was absolutely excellent, safe, courteous, and smooth, the pickup driver was hours late (after deliberately scheduling someone else with a longer trip at a time that would prevent her from meeting our return pickup time). Buffalo transportation cars are dirty card number 108 drives erratically and each behind the wheel when he has clients in the car talks on the phone with his with his girlfriend while training somebody eats while training not paying attention to the person he's training Buffalo transportation is not a good place to drive for they tell you to come in at one time and they start you at another time they take hours from you and wages from you so if you decide to drive for Buffalo transportation I think twice

&%$*!. Apparently, this transport company is based out of Hamburg, NY, and there was a delay. Maybe they had to make a pit stop at the Erie County Fair beforehand for a deep fried twinkie and that delayed the transport. My mom was supposed to be transferred from Millard Fillmore Suburban to Brothers of Mercy at 5:00pm yesterday, and the nitwits didn't show up until 9:45pm. I think Millard Fillmore would be better off contracting w/ U-Haul than these chumps. I will be reporting this half-baked company to the BBC.
