Today I had my appointment at 1 o'clock they came to my apartment to pick me up they pick me up at one and my pick up was at 12 and they came to pick me up at 1 o'clock I got to my appointment at 1:30 late then never be on time when they're going to pick you up I hope they will fix this

Always late! They do not care that you are late to appointments even when THEY call you HOURS in advance to confirm you still need the trip and still have the nerve to not show up on time!

I am filing a complaint with MAS. My ambulatory van didn’t even wait 3 minutes for me to get outside, I was locking my front door as I watched them pull off. 3 minutes after I answered the automated call, getting my shoes on and locking up, they left. I called them immediately and now for the past 30 minutes they’ve been ignoring me and transferring me to MAS instead of fixing the problem that they caused. Drivers don’t know how to drive. Move over the left lane is the passing lane. Driver was holding up the whole skyway traffic.
