Saw the final performance of Outside Mullingar this afternoon. It was brilliantly cast, exquisitely staged and outstandingly executed. Kudos to the BTE. I adore this theater company. Cannot wait until next fall.
Thoroughly enjoy "Outside Mullingar" today. Wonderful performances by all four actors! And surprise set changes. The Irish brogue can be a bit thick. A woman behind us kept asking her companion what the actors were saying. Supertitles? :-)
BTE really keeps stepping it up in its 31st season. The first two shows of the season have been beautifully and creatively designed, excellently directed, and brilliantly performed. I cannot wait to see what you do with Outside Mullingar!
