Such a terrible experience interacting with them, the fake cheery voices, the dumb jokes and small talk...I highly recommend going anywhere else for your surgical tools, surgery sheets and medical supplies. When their new people make mistakes they fire them instead of helping them or train them, so I have to speak to a new person everytime I call to place an order, it's a joke.
Great people, great service. One of the best Federal Government vendors. Will definitely work with them again.
