If I could, I would rate this business 10 stars!!! Not only has the spinal decompression changed my back pain level dramatically, the staff here are so kind, and compassionate. Dr. Clark is kind, empathetic and professional. Stacy is an absolute sweetheart, she is always willing to work with my schedule -it can be demanding and require last minute changes- yet she is always understanding and finds the best possible time/day that works for me. I must first say the doctors are awesome however the office staff are rude and not sympathetic at all your in pain and they could care less don’t dare make small talk my bad experience was at the Southtown location they are much better in williamsville!!!!!

The drs are awesome and the staff (stacy is the one i dealt with) is friendly and helpful. I had no problems getting appts or anything I've read in other reviews. In fact, the first time I seen Dr Clark, he combined my initial appt with my first consult because I lived so far away. He took the time to explain my MRI, which none of my other Drs ever did, and explained why my drs were most likely doing what they were doing with all my appts and etc. Then, a few months later, when I called back to tell them I would like to begi... read more
