Charged me without letting me know in advance and long wait time
They are beyond slow! Not to mention impossible to get ahold of. I get that covid is still running rampant, but this is ridiculous!
5/5/21 UPDATE: So when you called me the first time to schedule my follow up, I said I was not interested and decided to move in a different direction. My answer hasn’t changed, so I don’t understand why I was called again today to schedule a followup. I didn’t really appreciate the way my provider responded when I explained the reasons I couldn’t take the suggestions they made regarding my care.
