We have a 2021 Alante 29S and the stairs stopped working. I contacted RV One through RV Complete and Zach from the sales team contacted me. I told him what my issue was and he didn't hesitate to inform the service team I needed to make an appointment. Within the hour the service team reached out to me and I have an upcoming appointment. I was also informed my new go to service team member was Allision. RV One surely is doing a great job in communications between departments- I LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH COMPANYS LIKE THAT!
Mike Watkins the manager is a complete scumbag to put it mildly . He will not return calls and has an excuse for everything. Once they get the sale you are no use to them. Stay away from them !!
