Caution to anyone considering moving into Buffalo Run Apartments. I moved in January 2025 under the original management. At move-in, I had an in-person agreement with the leasing manager regarding my non-operational vehicle. I was told that if I provided proof of insurance and registration, I could park in my assigned spot with a resident sticker. I followed those instructions exactly—and had no issues for months. Avoid. My boyfriend and I applied online for an apartment they had listed on the website, only to be told it wasn't available and wouldn't be available for a few months when I called three days later. Why did we pay the application fee if the unit was never available? Willing to remove my rating if the property manager can reach out and offer a refund for this experience.
