We had a bizarre experience last night. When we arrived, the hostesses greeted us, and began walking over to seat us at a high top in the bar area under a fan blowing hot air. When we requested to sit outside at some empty seats on the side, she began to seat us out there until a second hostess came outside, whispered in her ear while looking at us. Ordered a steak medium; it was barely seared, with minimal grill marks - probably sous vide and then just thrown on the flat top to warm it up. The waiter seemed overwhelmed by our response and disdainfully applied any, customer service practices until the bill arrived. He barely noticed us, and then seemed to want to get rid of us. Just had a good time this time. Disappointed, worried that this is a new downturn.
