--- 2025/07/28 --- We moved-out of BRSS late last week and that process was very easy and mostly handled via text messages. The Lady, I believe, was named Becky, was very professional and all around nice and very helpful, and the storage building was well equipped with security cameras and seemed to be well kept.

Not satisfied with my service! I chose this facility based off the customer service I received when I first rented a unit. In the time I have used their services there have been 2 fires (one on the premises and another a few feet away) and they did not reach out to me ina timely manner. Imagine seeing that there was a fire on the news and almost a week later NOTHING, no information or notifications. I only hope that no news means good news.
