I truly believe that going with Buffalo Road Storage was one of the best decisions I've made in a while! I am renting a unit in the climate controlled building and everything is like new, clean and perfectly maintained and operational. I feel that Buffalo Road Storage is a great value and would recommend anyone to go there for their storage needs! The customer service is also top notch and will go out of their way to assist the renters - especially Donna (She's the best! ) ( :

--- 2025/07/28 --- We moved-out of BRSS late last week and that process was very easy and mostly handled via text messages. BRSS has great technology plus they're new and clean facilities... highly recommend if you need off-site storage. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- We needed a storage unit near Rochester, NY and had to move quickly. The Lady, I believe, was named Becky, was very professional and all around nice and very helpful, and the storage building was well equipped with security cameras and seemed to be well kept.
