We needed a storage unit near Rochester, NY and had to move quickly. Found BRSS via Google Maps and liked their website and technology enablements. I reserved and paid for a 10' x 25' unit all online. We arrived after-hours two days later and we were able to access our new storage unit without issue. This is a really nice new storage facility and super impressed by their technology enablements. This is how storage should be done. 🤩

Absolutely love this storage facility! Onboarding and offboarding was as simple as a phone call, facilities are clean and kept well with good physical security procedures. Any issues I had, the team was responsive and supportive to assist. Certainly worth using this facility for your storage needs. Will definitely recommend and utilize again if needed in the future!!

Great place! The owners made the process of securing a storage unit extremely easy. They were delightful to work with and when the time came when I no longer needed a storage unit, the Buffalo Road Self Storage staff facilitated a very easy end-of-contract. Awesome people and great storage area.

We've had our storage unit for almost 3 years now & so far it's been great. Very nice storage unit. Extremely tall units.
