This is my first experience with a psychiatrist and it was not good. My family member started out on 4 different medicines which only made things worse. Then prescribed an addictive opioid normally prescribed for pain, but prescribed for anxiety (not approved for anxiety btw) and with another drug that is a dangerous combination. The pharmacist and insurance company at least called and questioned it before she took the medicine. I love buffalo river clinic. Ive been here for several years. Best psychology I've ever met. Derainey Smith is amazing. Never had a bad experience. Shes helped everytime I have an episode. Recommend highly.
Nice staff, but good luck getting them to answer the phone.
I got the mother of my son a visit here and the assistant was extremely bitchy towards her and the doctor was also very rude and took phone calls in the middle of her appointment and at the end we paid $250 for them to not even help us with her problem. I do not recommend this doctors office for anyone
