We looked for a home here. We found one we liked. We signed all the paper work. Closing was in 3 days and we were just notified we were not approved to live there. No explanation why. We just got the run around. Now we have no place to live. They were so secretive we were not allowed in office, had to complete application outside. This is so unfair. We were gonna buy home with cash.

I came to this park to looking for a place to rent. My first impression was my last. The management here is SO RUDE! The maintenance guy is creepy... He stares and doesn't say anything even when I said hello. I was totally turned off even though it looks clean and quiet.
I don't even know where to begin. If I could leave no stars I would. I will try and keep this simple as to save time and hopefully help any future resident avoid the nightmare that living in this community is. The MAIN issue are the Landlords. They have absolutely no respect for the tenants and do not care about civility or kindness in any form or fashion. If you want to sleep in one of these trailers during the day or night or anytime, then you can't do it here with your windows open. The loud maintenance vehicles during the the day and the loud golf cart patrol at night makes this impossible to sleep unless all your windows are closed and the ac on. Even then, it's still loud inside because you live in a cardboard box with crappy windows. My trailer actually vibrates when people drive by . Average ac bill is over $300/mo.
