Office staff extremely condescending on the phone. It seems there is a history of this as I look at other reviews. Talking over me, spacing words out to make me feel like I was inept. That was all I needed to NOT get care established for one of my patients there, very sad.
My experience with Linda Burns was pretty terrible. She pretended to be sympathetic, but in the end, no meaningful progress was made, and I was made to feel like nothing I said was relevant or mattered. Noah was much better. The only person [or so they claimed, and refused to escalate the matter] working on the afternoon of November 21, 2025 was incredibly rude and claims "we don't switch doctors here", and refused to help us fill out time sensitive forms.
