Ripped Off I would never trust this outfit to work on my car again - ever!!! They are overpriced - underqualified and bill the customer for work NOT performed. They damaged my classic hot rod during engine work and refused to make it right even though the intake pictures clearly showed the damage was not present when they took it in. They disassembled parts that were NOT authorized to work on and then keeping track of every minute to charge for putting it back together. Law Suits Abound, Changing Name soon to West Coast Classics/Customs??? Beware! This company has for quite some time been a source of imbarrasment as it was bought by the new recorded owners in pierce county with a already bad name. The New Owners- Steve and Irene Warren bought it a year ago from the elderly Robert Newgard. The new owners have a team of varied craftsmen ranging from a ex Lemay Restoration Specialist to young temps and old druggies. Love Their Work!!!!!!!! I had some work done on my antique car recently and I was astonished at the quality of detailed work that this shop performed. The shop foreman, Mike showed his years of experience when part of the restoration project had to be hand fabricated and he did it with skill and excellence. I will only entrust my vehicle to this company. Great Job!!!
Classic Mustang Review Kudos to this company. Each week they would have me come in and see the progress of my car (classic Mustang) and I had a say so on each step of my restoration. The cost was a little more than expected but the workmanship was well worth it. All in all, it was good. Work was good, as was the customer service and office staff. Bottom line is -I will go back again if my car needs work. Thanks, guys.
