I am a nurse, (this review is under my spouse’s email) and can be very critical of my own medical care. Dr. Hsu and Mike, PA are both wonderful. They both provide very empathetic care, and are understanding through the whole process!

I don't say this very often about any doctors in Western New York. Because they all suck! I had a back injection this past Thursday and Dr Hsu and his assistants were very good! The doctor spoke to me before and after the procedure and during the procedure he made it less painful as I was assuming it would be extremely painful as I hate needles. He's probably one of the better pain Management specialist in WNY. I only gave 4 stars because no one is perfect!!

I am a patient of Dr Hsu and PA Mike, they always try to find a treatment that helps my SI issues. Opioids are not the answer as your body gets use to them and they stop working and left in pain and addicted. I definitely like them and the office staff is very helpful.

I was given steroid that i can't take. Refused to give me alternative. Because in 10 years never needed to write script for liquid form. Asked for consent to lift up my shirt to see my back for "bruises or wounds" PA Mike pulled my pants out to expose my butt. Very awkward and didn't even solve my issue.
