The only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the beds were mediocre and rolling on the sheets felt like snuggling under sandpaper. Editing to add a star and express how amazing the staff was and still is after the kindness and consideration I revieved in the reply from the owner.
Cabin was like new! Super clean including the hot tub! The young ladies at the BOC were super helpful with all our questions about the area and activities. The cabin was a bit pricey for the time of year (water too low to enjoy floating mid July) but viewing the sunrise and being close to all the great hiking makes it understandable! BOC is the best hidden gem in Arkansas, and for any midwesterners wanting a good floating atmosphere. The RV park is well maintained and everywhere you look has an amazing view of the surrounding river valley. The store is 7 minutes down the mountain from the RV Park. The staff are friendly and they are stocked with most of the essentials you might need on the river, or for your bikes. We will definitely be back to stay again.
