Rich ar Buffalo bracevis excellent! Can to my house to fit me for a back brace prior to back surgery. Visted at hospital also you make sure fitvwasvgood! Always open to my questions and coming in to have brace adjusted because I couldn't din on my own! Highly recommended!!!
Let me preface by saying that, having worked in customer service, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Was casted completely incorrectly; I was casted without considering my drop foot and there was no consideration to how my door leans. This caused my foot develop calluses and disgusting sores on my foot by rubbing on my brace. Looking to correct my brace’s lean, I asked for assistance by coming in to the shop.
