Update: still loving BNCF! Best gym ever! This gym is amazing. The community is unlike no other and I have gained so much confidence since joining. Although CrossFit is one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I have done, the coaches and other members make it easy to show up and do your best. Thank you BNCF!

This is one of my favorite places on Earth! I have joined many gyms over the years and this is the first one I’ve ever had an anniversary at…like a full year anniversary. I can’t pinpoint one thing…knowledgeable, dedicated coaches, a variety of workouts I get to scale to my ability, or the community of welcoming individuals…but you won’t be disappointed stepping into this gym!

BNC offered me a $400 "assessment"!!!! They assume you're ignorant and attempt to steal your money. Go to BA CrossFit or Eclipse.

How do you describe a place that is life changing. I walked into BNCF in November '21 scared for what was in store. I was in the worst shape of my life and had to take breaks just to walk up the flight of stairs in my house. At just over 3 years later I'm in probably the best shape of my adult life. The friendships are more like family. The coaches love what they do and are there to help you improve. Come join the club, it's the best!
