Really unfortunate how unprofessional and nasty the owner is ):
I started about 2 months ago. I had 1 on 1 classes, 12 of them, with Gemma, to begin with and it was exactly what I needed. I have been going to the 7 am class and the people are amazing. I feel so welcome and accepted, even though I am the worst one right now. I am happy to be part of this gym. I can't wait until I don't have to scale things anymore.
Update: still loving BNCF! Best gym ever! This gym is amazing. The community is unlike no other and I have gained so much confidence since joining. Although CrossFit is one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I have done, the coaches and other members make it easy to show up and do your best. Thank you BNCF!
This is one of my favorite places on Earth! I have joined many gyms over the years and this is the first one I’ve ever had an anniversary at…like a full year anniversary. I can’t pinpoint one thing…knowledgeable, dedicated coaches, a variety of workouts I get to scale to my ability, or the community of welcoming individuals…but you won’t be disappointed stepping into this gym!
BNC offered me a $400 "assessment"!!!! They assume you're ignorant and attempt to steal your money. Go to BA CrossFit or Eclipse.
