I’ve left 4 voicemails over the course of the week waiting for an appointment. They say to use the scheduling option on OCLI.Net but after following the steps it still says call the office! Tried another number from the website but they only transferred me to the same mailbox. Staff there said they have “no way to contact the office”. Dr Ruff was very nice but it’s not worth this hassle. How does this place stay in business?
After presenting my insurance card I was asked to take a seat. Nearly thirty minutes later I was told the doctor did not take my insurance. This appt had been rescheduled more than once by the office so there is no one that can tell me they didn’t have my insurance information in front of them each and every time they changed my appt. Do better.
It would actually be nice to call this place and get ahold of a person rather than a stupid answering machine. How do you run a business when you don’t actually answer the phone you just send everyone to answering machine system. I would avoid this business

I thought the Dr was very nice. Other than that my experience was not great. The address is wrong in Apple Maps, so I was about 15 mins late to my apt. I know there are different offices, but Apple Maps took me to a completely different plaza to a gastro drs office. Also, they never told me to bring a driver, they never told me what happens when they dilate the eyes. I had to call someone to leave work to come get me because I wasn’t informed as a new patient to bring a driver. I feel like that should be a precaution to stat... read more
