I am writing a review for my mother in law. She waited 8 MONTHS and dealt with secretary mess up one after another. Her implant was FINALLY sent out for express delivery TO THE WRONG PERSON of a similar name, WRONG ADDRESS,WRONG TOWN, and now she has to wait another few months for her new implant because YOUR OFFICE STAFF messed up repeatedly and compromised her health care information and some other random person now has her expensive cochlear device. I waited over 6 months for my appointment, to drive over and hr and was told I wasn't in the "range" of hearing aids. Never was offered to buy my own either. I told Angela to call insurance as I was approved for two prior but they were very large and I wanted someone to try for a smaller pair or skin colored which the old establishment didnt have. She told me I was a liar, I asked her to call my insurance and she said that I could but she wouldn't. Obviously I knew I was approved prior so why would I need to? I got insurance... read more
