if my husband calls and reception lady who doesn’t know how to do her job and starts mumbling because she’s incompetent, i’m immediately leaving work and coming straight there. 9/2/2025around 9-9:30am. i called back and someone with a brain easily found me an appointment at the orchard park location at a perfect time in less than 2 minutes. stg give him attitude one more time.
I saw Dr. Julia Melanson. This is my first pregnancy and my first real experience with an OB. There are multiple doctors in the practice and I just asked her if I would get to meet them all before I deliver (reasonable question - since any of them could have been on call for my delivery) She went off on me and told me that I don't get to question the physicians and they know best. Reminded me that I've had zero kids and she's delivered 5k babies so I don't know anything and unless I want a dead baby I need to listen to them.... read more
Just started going here 2 years ago or so and I really don’t like it. The poor state of women’s health care is very upsetting.
