Dr. James Ryan Miller was absolutely fabulous but once he left the practice I was put with Dr. Hussain who the very first visit called me fat. The direct quote he said while looking through my vital signs was “I guess we could all stand to lose some weight.” I told him I was down over 100 pounds he gave me a fist bump and asked how I did that I said I was insanely sick while pregnant and haven’t been the same since. I have been harmed by my experience with buffalo medical group. Malpractice and patient neglect run rampant at this institution.
I have rarely met someone as rude and unsanitary as staff member barb. She greeted me with coughing into her hand, not using hand sanitizer or washing them. Then she would ask me basic health questions in highly hostile tone. I don't know how she has a job. Rude and not sanitary.
Went in for a procedure, I'm not a fan of needles at all, but honestly most of the discomfort I had was more me being worried about it then anything else, when they knew I had a issue with needles they took there time to explain everything, even distracting me, and being funny at times , Dr Wilson and his staff where very easy going, and they really made me feel comfortable...
Have been a patient here for over a year. Very communicative and helpful throughout the entire experience
