Terrible. Moved to Buffalo area and selected a doctor at BMG. After almost 3 months I had still not seen him. Had many tests done but doctor never covered any if them with me. Ridiculous!! Left BMG and saw my new primary doctor in a week.

I’m just appalled that scheduled an appointment for a specific reason and I literally didn’t get my concerns addressed. Like I am not Medicaid I paid full price for my visit. The doctor didn’t do what I asked. She did what she wanted and did not address any of my concerns. My money was taken with no tangible benefit for me. Is this what we do in socialism New York. This is one of the reason New York State is trending the wrong way. I told her about my leg she did bloodwork and not an x ray. Gave blood today and the lady poke... read more

Office staff hours are inconvenient to say the least. And it takes ages for them to answer the phones. I wouldn't be surprised if there was only one person on phones. I hate portals and avoid that BS.
