I am a urology patient. Twice I have driven to the Orchard Park office because I was not able to talk to staff . A person in the main lobby was able to get a script for lab work. Please see screenshot below. I waited over an hour on hold and was never able to talk to a live person. They need to find a way to improve their accessibility.
