Very disappointing experience at the Broadway location. I brought in paperwork for my father that needed to be completed by the doctor. The receptionist told me to wait and said they would call me. I waited for over an hour, even though there were no other patients waiting. During that entire time, no one updated me or checked on me. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the receptionist left at the end of her shift without saying anything to me or informing another staff member that I was still waiting. Bad customer service. I was on the phone for 30 minutes. Lady put me on hold the whole time. The front desk receptionist gave me an attitude and didnt let me have access to MY OWN documents/ vital results.
