Their one receptionist is very much yelling and screaming on me. As a patient for 6years Here I can’t accept this kind of behaviour. I think these receptionists are don’t know anything about customer service.

I took my father to this location and doctors tell us he give some medicine so I gotta pick up from the pharmacy, I went to the pharmacy they did not send , I call them while I was on the pharmacy. The receptionist says she will let me know, 2 hours pass , no call at all . Every time I want their bad experience. Bad bad

Very disappointing experience at the Broadway location. I brought in paperwork for my father that needed to be completed by the doctor. The receptionist told me to wait and said they would call me. I waited for over an hour, even though there were no other patients waiting. During that entire time, no one updated me or checked on me. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the receptionist left at the end of her shift without saying anything to me or informing another staff member that I was still waiting. Bad customer service. I was on the phone for 30 minutes. Lady put me on hold the whole time. The front desk receptionist gave me an attitude and didnt let me have access to MY OWN documents/ vital results.
