Was a tenant at the EB Greene Residence (230 North St) apartments for many years, beautiful space and quality amenities throughout. Easy to use the tenant portal for payments and requests. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance were top notch, would highly recommend going through BMG if you are looking for a management company to lease from in Buffalo.
BMG was the first place I rented after college in 2003. When I moved back to the city after living away for several years they're one of the first places I looked to rent but didn't have anything available at the time. Flash forward a few more years and I'm renting commercial space from them. In a city with terrible landlords I can definitely tell you that they are most definitely NOT one of them. I liked living at the Mayflower in the upper west side of Buffalo, NY, but the owner Myron Robbins, has illegal tactics. I had signed a lease with the previous owner and paid the deposit. When I went to pick up the keys, he told me I needed to pay over $100 more than then originally agreed rent and deposit before he'd give me the keys. Mind you, the moving truck was outside with everything I owned in it. I did know at the time that what he did was illegal, and he was supposed to abide by the lease I just signed.
