I rented from Buffalo Management Group for 3 years. It was an excellent experience. If I ever moved back to the city, I would definitely rent from them again.
The most unprofessional group to work with. I understand it's the "busy" season for rentals, but when you employ people who just ignore texts, ignore emails, and ignore calls is ridiculous.
Was a tenant at the EB Greene Residence (230 North St) apartments for many years, beautiful space and quality amenities throughout. Easy to use the tenant portal for payments and requests. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance were top notch, would highly recommend going through BMG if you are looking for a management company to lease from in Buffalo.
BMG was the first place I rented after college in 2003. When I moved back to the city after living away for several years they're one of the first places I looked to rent but didn't have anything available at the time. Flash forward a few more years and I'm renting commercial space from them. In a city with terrible landlords I can definitely tell you that they are most definitely NOT one of them.
