Buffalo Lumber delivered as promised. Out of 26 12x12’s we had an issue with one. Within two days they delivered us a replacement. They really stand behind their word. Don't use this company!! Buffalo lumber sent me a bunch of extremely dirty and discolored redwood that looks like it has been sitting in a dirt lot for 5 years along with some beautiful redwood like I was expecting. When I told them about it they suggested I "clean it". I spent days trying to get the back to a new redwood color but there is no way to get it there. they shorted my siding order 1000 board feet and primed it on the wrong side . I contacted them i was told that I would get a refund 3 YEARS NOW AND NO REFUND ABUNCH OF LIARS AND THEIVES. ITHINK A 1 SRAR RATING IS TO MUCH
These people are fantastic. They guided us through the process from product consultation to the aftercare. They even helped us find a qualified local contractor to do the installation. All along the way they checked in on the progress. Their follow up care consultations are something I've never experienced before.
