When we got there, the very first thing I noticed was that I pulled back the bedsheets and there was hair on the sheets and also on the pillow! The sheets had not not even been changed from the last people who were in the room. So my husband went to the front desk and got and new set of sheets and pillowcases. (Which i then had to start changing, while my husband continued unload the car.) When he finally got done, he was able to help me finish up. I should have passed when they said the pool was down. However, I knew I wouldn’t get a full refund. I have always used Expedia without issues. They said Expedia gave me a King room. I reserved a double queen room as we had 3 grandchildren with us. The breakfast was less than expected. No fresh fruit, no yogurt, the ice machine was so high off the ground. We had a good stay here in the summer at this small town hotel. The AC is great, in the lobby and in the rooms. A pool is available, as is breakfast. The pond out back, according to the sign, is for looking, not hooking (fishing). The TV in the room worked and had hundreds of channels. The king bed in 115 was comfortable, with 6 pillows. It also had a fridge and dining table with 4 chairs. Some rooms have a couch, so ask if that's important to you. At the front desk, everyone we visited with was sincere, nice and cordial.
