7:22 still no breakfast. No running water in the basin, light don't work and the TV.
A very cute quaint hotel. Room was clean and they had a little breakfast bar. It was perfect for our needs here in Buffalo!! Would stay again in a heartbeat

Abandoned at hotel, had to check myself in. No staff my entire stay which meant no breakfast, no toilet paper and zero service. To get in I got a text with code. Never responded when time to check out and discuss bill or service. Very disappointed. Eva Anderson
