I just got a lift truck back from service . Everything works well - they did exactly what I expected . Prior to that - a crew came to my shop to replace a 3000 pound battery in a different forklift . Everything went GREAT . They have been working for me for at least 20 years - everyone is always professional !!!!!

Called for Service to change tires on my forklift and they told me they do it so I said when can you get them done they told me here is the number for different place call them and they will do it which is completely different company I guess they don’t want business wow
Great group of people!
Purchased a Clark C25 Forklift for my business and since day one the forklift has not operated properly. After four attempts by the company to fix the forklift it still doesn’t operate or lift anything without dying. Last I heard from the owner he would pick up the forklift to properly repair it and that never happened. If I could give the company zero stars I would. I will be purchasing a new forklift from Prolift and will be sure to make sure people know to look elsewhere.
