I was a regular patient here for years. Lately they have dropped the ball terribly. Dr. Grimm was a phenomenal Dr. but something has changed. I scheduled a appointment amd drive 30 min and the only reason was to get blood drawn. I show up they charge me and there is no phlebotomist working that day. Wasted my time and told me I cam drive another 30 min. My wife had a car accident and needed a referral for an MRI for her knee after being in tbe ER. Hannah is the best. I recently saw her for the first time and she’s amazing. Talks fast, but kind and empathetic and ON TIME. The whole office is great. Highly recommend!!
