The team was very professional and did a great job at explaining the process of mold remediation throughout the project. Initially we had some miscommunication with a couple of the requirements from the testing company, but it was quickly resolved. From professional assessment and explanation of what needs to be done, to an expert crew doing the tough work, and finally meticulously cleaning the inevitable dust and mess. My case was a repairing 20 ft ceiling…not easy in my book. The repaired area is indistinguishable from before the leak disaster happened. I would highly recommend buffalo for remediation needs. They came in and were very professional. They did exactly what they stated they would. From the first initial meeting/inspection to the implementation process. Jonathan explained everything well and Pablo ensured he walked me through the finished services. 5+ stars!
