customer service and communication skills are really bad; he doesn't always answer or return phone calls. You as a customer have to chase him down for any answers. I repeatedly ask for the instructions for my equipment and he kept saying he would get it to me NEVER DID, instead of just saying he throw it out he lied and kept stringing me along (he wouldn't even order or mail the instructions, I still don't have them :/).
