I have taken 2 of my kids there for the past 15 years. Since Covid, I have had nothing but problems with them. Their audiologist is amazing, but the woman at the scheduling desk was terribly rude. I stood there in utter shock that someone would be that rude & she just continued. She also hung up the phone without saying any gretting. I will be looking for a different place to take my kids from now on.
