My son goes to the Audiology Dept and they are phenomenal people. The are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Friendly, pleasant, clean office environment and easy testing process. Provider throughly explained testing process & results and next step recommendation. Very good patient/customer service.
The connectivity seminar with Phonac rep Leah was excellent. The information given was very helpful and given in an easy to comprehend useful format. Well worth an hour of your time!
