I would not recommend this school unless you can request specific teachers and even still I can't say I would recommend this school. My son's IEP was not followed. There are so many inconsistencies in what they say. The original teacher my son was given was not the teacher for his room that was never communicated it was just one day at the end of October an introduction page was sent home. The new teacher was not good and a liar, but they like to use "miscommunication" and attempt to treat you like you're dumb. They said it ... read more
I called today to make an appointment for my son to take a hearing test, and the lady on the phone got so nasty with me, kept interrupting, and hung up on me. People who act like this should not be working there, we care about our children and can provide what they need. I was not happy with how this lady treated me. I found somewhere better and could get an appointment for my son quicker. My parent is a cochlear implant patient at Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center, and I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible support we receive—not only from our audiologist, but especially from Maria, who handles everything so efficiently behind the scenes. In the past, it could take days if not weeks to get a response or a call back. But since Maria has been helping us, everything has changed. She is consistently on top of things.
