Very disappointing and upsetting experience. My daughter went to the ER alone and waited approximately 3 hours without even being properly checked in. When she asked the PSR if she knew how much longer it would take, she was told, “I JUST WORK HERE, I don’t know,” in a rude and dismissive manner, and was repeatedly told to hurry up and sign. This place is a hell hole! Worst ER and hospital experience I've ever had. 0 stars
The wait time in their ER is ridiculous. Sat fir 8 hours with NO information conveyed. Hemoglobin was 6.8 and doc said bot critical he should call his oncologist and have done as outpatient...
The operator could not have been less helpful. Not overtly rude, just hung up on me while I am still asking a question saying ' have a nice day'........click
The ER doctors and nurses were very personable and did a great job treating me. The wait and triage was relatively short (< 10 minutes), but it would have been better to get in faster given the condition I was in.
