Good Doctor, Confusing Set-up Dr. Trubish is an excellent gastroenterologist. With complications of severe acid reflux my husband has been seeing her regularly for a number of years. As a physician she is the best of the best. Unfortunately, in the new Orchard Park the billing set-up is complicated by the fact that in addition to Dr. Trubish and her anesthesiologist, separate invoices are sent by and for the use of the facility itself.
