Ordered flowers for my brother-in-laws funeral. When we got to the church at 10:10, our arrangement was no where to be seen. I even told them they had to be there before visitation at 9:00am and funeral was at 11:00. Called immediately and they told me they didn't know what happened, said they would lookup my order. Stopped in for flowers for my daughter who had just given birth. They offered tulips in a mason jar for $25. Lovely. Until we pulled it out of the box. It was literally a Prego spaghetti sauce jar!!! Idk if that was their sense of humor or if they are just that dense, but I will never go there again. Prego jar for a new mother bouquet. SMH

Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The arrangement had a figurine of Jesus in the center, which is why we ordered it. They called, which is good and told me that they did not have that figurine. I asked if they had the Angel, which was in other arrangements. No Angel apparently because it came with a cross - very small and not like the original request in terms of presence.
